Ever since that "argument" over doing ad hoc duties over focusing on core job scope, we started to drift away from each other. Have speak to many as I am unsure if my decision is a selfish one. Still, I do feel upset as we used to be closed.

Like many others, I want to excel in my work. Do more, learn more and be capable to handle complicated issues. However, things do not come that smoothly for me.

I have the thought of moving on - to a different environment. Let's hope I get one and a good one.

I am thankful for having nice friends around me who provide me with listening ears. Thanks my dear friends.

Work Reality

Hasn't been really happy at work recently. Why is it so that junior staff have to do all the shit while the senior staff gets the credit and higher bonus?

And who says working moms has to place family as priority? Why can't they have both? I have seen many successful working moms in the society.

I don't understand what is so wrong with my working life. I have many bosses, asking me to accept additional task which is so different from my current job which is to assist other dept/biz unit (which I cannot claim any work credit on!). This has greatly affects my work performance and path to climb.

I feel so hurt with the reality.

Traffic Accident

Was travelling back to Mom's place last night and we saw an accident happened right before our eyes.

My heart paused for a second when I saw the motorcyclist went fast and furious and crashes onto a stationary taxi and parts of the motorbike came flying off.

Followed, the car in front of us braked all of a sudden! Good thing is, Sg paid attention to his own safety and the car behind us is still a distance away. I seriously cannot imagine if the car behind us came up to us with Mathias and me at the back seat.

Before we continue to move off and miss the accident scene, we saw the motorist trying to get himself up. Hopefully he is alright..

Not forgetting, I was crossing the diagonal pedestrian traffic light to Lau Pa Sat during lunch hour and spotted from the side view of a car drove up very fast. I stopped in the middle of the traffic in time. I wouldn't dare to think of the consequences.

I'm sleepily-awake..

Lil Mathias is still feeling unwell. Fever shoot up to 38.7 degree Celsius and cough non-stop (can hear he has a lot of phlegm from his cough) in the middle of the night until he has trouble sleeping.

It does hurts me seeing him suffer. Pls let my lil Mathias get well soon.

May all the little ones grow healthy and strong.

It's Friday. My leave for the week is coming to an end. :(

Mathias vomitted in the morning and he seems to be in a little shock. It was lucky that Florence sis is on leave and she helped me to look after Mathias while I clear up the mess and put the mattress to dry under the sun.

Got another light-weight stroller out of my own pocket because the Hub refuse to let me buy and not bringing the light-weight Combi stroller (at his parent's place) every weekend to my Mom's place.

The Peg Perego Pliko P3 stroller which we have got in the car boot is good but too heavy for me to carry around alone with my petite size. Carrying Mathias for more than 20 minutes is not an easy task, let alone bringing him to the market.

Mathias's fever shoot up so high to 39.2 degree celcius that we have to resort bringing him direct to KKH. Arrived KKH with 39.5 degree celcius.

The fever has since came down, but he has diarrhoea and did not pee for the whole morning. :(

Got Cousin Thomas to help me purchase the Avent straw cups in blue for Baby Jenson and Mathias. Time for them to learn how to sip with straw.

Yeah, I'm on leave for this whole week! Spending quality time with Baby M.

This year, Lunar New Year seems more boring other than bringing Baby M around. Poor Baby M fell ill and was running slight fever on the 2nd day.. I actually forgot to take pictures with Baby M on the 1st and 2nd day of Lunar New Year.

Bought him a play yard for him to play safely around in and he's enjoying at the moment.

The Company hold a X'mas lunch on 21st Dec. My assistant manager, KS, brought me out for lunch with the Ship Broker instead - its definitely a much better lunch but we were caught by the fussy director and he made a fuss (luckily, for awhile). Mathias has turned 1 year old. Celebrated his 1st year on 4th December 2011 at NSRCC. Although it was raining cats and dogs that evening, many still turned up. Got myself a Macbook Pro during the recent Comex in September. Used it for Safari and MSN Messenger. Nothing else. LOL!Lucky thing is, I met up with Xinyi and Terence and they helped me out by adding more software into my laptop. Now, it does look more like a working laptop. Have been feeling rather unhappy in this marriage.It's so hard living with people with different brought up and the attitude he has given me pisses me off most of the time.The only place where I feel happier is when I returned back to Bedok with Mathias to be with my parents.That SG does not seems to understand and insist that he's tired and wants more rest at his place and allow his parents to spend more time with Mathias when they actually had Monday to Friday already!! Leaving less than a day half for my parents to spend time with the grandson. How selfish can that be?!!And he's like a slave to his other family. Running errands for them when they had other family members in that family too. WTH?! This is just so ridiculous!Worst is, he can delay doing my stuff for months, make me late for attending friends and cousins wedding (once in a lifetime event), messing up my stuff and many other more. BUT, I can't do the same to him! When he did wrong, he never bother to apologise. All he says is "Wrong, Wrong la! What's the big deal?". Can someone tell me what is this?I'm holding on to the marriage because of Mathias as I hope him to grow up in a complete family. But I'm never happy.

Clearing my balance maternity leave and so, I'm starting work on Tuesday instead of Monday.

Didnt have a nice day at work last week. A senior colleague from another group slapped me with the word "Stupid" for not knowing something that is within her job scope and not mine. Verbal abuse still exist.. Shall not let it affect my life.

Been spending great bonding time with Mathias and I love having him by my side.

Time flies.. Mathias is almost 9 months old now.

As a first time Mama, I do hope time don't move so fast because I want to enjoy every single moment with my baby.

Have booked Mathias 1st Birthday venue. Planning to keep it simple with only close relatives and some friends.

Went Comex yesterday at 8:55pm and I finally got my Macbook Pro! I'm a happy mama.

Promised Sg that I will not spend anymore.. So now I have to start saving for our future home (which will be ready by 2016 -_-" ) and many more expenses.

Mathias is coming 6 months old and he is still lying at home from Monday to Friday - which I really don't like.

So I got Sg to visit Genius Hive Pre School together and check out the activities that they have for infants and the cost of course.

Sg and me love the school so much that we feel it is really important to send Mathias there. After some discussion and budgeting, we have decided to enrol Mathias for the July intake!

I can't wait to let Mathias start school asap. :)

It's June and my little one is turning 6 months old soon.

I'm treasuring his baby days hoping it don't pass so fast.

Received my first bonus from the current company in April and the $ comes and goes fast. A blink and its gone! *cries*

Went to the Philips Carnival on last Sunday and we bought Avent Combined Steamer and Blender for Mathas.

Seems pretty good.

Have also saw this Philips Living Colours Gen II, but it went OOS! Super upset.

However, lucky thing is, I got one for FREE!!! Hehehe.. A used one given by my cousin who hardly use.

It's super useful for me when Mathias sleeps with me at Woodlands - because, Sg's room has got no night light! I love it to bits!

Twin sis told me deal.com.sg is having promo for Phuket trip (fly by Silkair) at S$195 (min 2 pax). Booked and Phuket here I come!

Little one has finally come into this world on the 5th December 2010 (Sunday).

It was a long labour.

Admitted to KKH on the 3rd Dec and induced twice (1 on the 3rd Dec and another on the 4th Dec). On the 5th of Dec, cervix fully opened. Tried pushing for almost 2 hours before the gynae came and use forceps to pull Little one out. I guess he's too comfortable inside, eating McDonald, Ya Kun Kaya Peanut Toast, Ice Milo etc. Lol..

Due to forceps and little one's head (too big), I had deeper tear and lost a lot of blood, till blood transfusion was needed. I thought I was dying soon.. Glad everything is over. Getting as much rest as I could.

Am very touched to know my family, grandma, aunties, uncles and cousins came to visit me the moment I gave birth. However, they are unable to visit me as I wasn't allowed to return to normal ward but to stay in the delivery suite. Little one had abit of breathing difficulties & was put to Special Care Unit. Only parents and grandparents can visit him.

Currently doing confinement at my mom's place. Feels so lucky to have so many aunts around, helping me bring baby for check-ups, doing marketing etc. Not forgetting my dad and mom.

Sg is currently doing his re-service. Hope he's able to spend more time with Little one and me soon.

Had insomnia again.. Feeling hungry at 5am and asked Sg to order McDonald breakfast.

After the breakfast, went to the toilet and saw some red stuff... Called Mom and she asked me to monitor and get ready my stuff.

Sg is still taking his own sweet time to prepare.

Day 9 of maternity leave.

My neck still hurts!!

Went for check up today and did CTG scan for 30 mins. As per Dr. Lau and the nurse, the contraction is quite close - which means baby coming any time. So, was asked to check on the cervix too.

This time, the cervix has already open a little. As there is no pain, no blood & water bag not yet burst, I was asked to go home. Admission date remain at 3rd December for induce and to direct admit when there's sign.

The Lancaster toner is about to finish. Decided to give the highly raved Hada Labo Hydration Lotion a try.

Day 6 of Maternity Leave. Bored at home.. Finished with K-On! Season 2 Anime 2 days ago. I'm hungry. Neck stiff. Sg's memory getting lousier - forgetting everything I told him.

Stretch marks

Today is my EDD!! But... Little one still wants to stay inside mama's tummy at the moment.

The stretch marks itch is making me crazy!! It is so itchy that I started scratching in the middle of the night w/o realising, and when I realised, the itch is already unbearable.

The stretch marks I've got are red and dented, with small dots of blood.. Argghh.. I wonder how long will it take to heal and most importantly, will it heal??

Mom and Sg both commented it's quite serious. I really have the urge to opt for c-sect instead of waiting for natural/induce already.. I feel like crying every night when the itch starts.

My foot swells until it gets so painful when I walked. It goes out of shape very often. I feel skin-tearing at the end of the day coz it gets super puffy.

I had a hard time controlling my pee, that I had to start wearing sanitary pad.

Never knew there are so many things to endure during pregnancy... :(

Week 39

Had check up today. Little one weighs 3091g, and me weighs 49.55kg.

It was one of a painful experience - checking the opening of the cervix. (~_~")

As the cervix is still tight close, Dr. Tee suggest to wait.. So instead of the original edd 26th November, it has now push to 28th to 30th November. If, still no sign of delivery, will proceed to induce on the 3rd December. The nightmare is, Dr. Tee will not be around next week. So another doctor will conduct the delivery for me.. Zzz..

Went to Sis's place in the morning to help out.. Little Jenson is so adorable!! As long as he sees my eyes looking at him, he will open his eyes wide and wants to talk. And I spent quite some time trying to get him to sleep.. In the end, I close my eyes and pretend to sleep. Soon, he close his eyes and fall asleep.

Maternity Leave

Officially start the maternity leave today. Nothing to do at home, just waiting. Going for check up tomorrow.

On the 9th November, Yih Lin was in Singapore. Had a meet up for dinner together with the Nova girls.

On the 14th November, went to Resort World for some walk as Sis had to attend a wedding dinner.

Into 37th weeks now.

Little one now weigh estimated 2.85kgs. Dr. Tee says 2.9kgs will be just nice for delivery given my petite size.

As for me, I now weigh 47.8kgs -> 12.8kgs increase ever since I'm pregnant.

I'm looking forward to little one's arrival!

Met up with Yih Lin together with Terri, Yvonne and Li Kiang after work. Had our dinner at TCC @ Raffles Place. Nice catch up!

Moving into 37 weeks of pregnancy - which means little one may arrive anytime. In the midst of preparing, washing up little one's clothing, towel, mittens & booties. And there's still some left.

And my room is still in a messy state! (~_~!)

Anyway, after many attempts of trial and error, I finally found some products that are suitable for my dry, oily, sensitive, outbreak and flaky skin.

01 - Avene Cleanance Soap-Free Gel Cleanser
This was recommended by Annie. It really calms my skin.

02 - Lancaster Comforting Perfecting Toner
My skin is really dry after shower. The previous types of toner which I have used before wasn't able to soften my skin to allows the moisturiser to settle in. This works really good for my dry skin.

Headache

Been having headache since last week. Visited doctor on Thursday and was prescribed with Panadol, but I don't feel like eating as I wanna avoid any unneccessary medication with little one inside me. I am still feeling very unwell till now.

Attended FM 93.3 金曲奖 on Friday night with Hui Ting and I love 黄小虎 performance. It was indeed awesome!

HuiTing was very sweet to buy me bread before we head to the Singapore Indoor Stadium as she was afraid I may get hungry.

Yesterday was Nephew Jenson's full month.

Week 35

Visit Dr. Tee today. Little one now weighs estimated 2.8kg.

Dr. Tee says heart beat ok, water ok, is a boy, everything ok. Going to visit him in another 2 weeks time.

Tummy is getting real big and the stretch marks are getting way too serious until me myself got a shock. I have been applying the stretch mark cream diligently every day and night, but still, it still appears.

Went shopping again today.. hehehehe.. And visited Sis, little Jenson and Stitch.

Shopping Trip

Before I'm due for delivery, went shopping again yesterday!

The rain was so heavy yesterday that we ended leaving the house at 4:30pm. First destination was to Chinatown. Bought Pigeon's Baby Bottle Sterilizer at S$90, Bean bag at S$12, 2 cloth naiper wrap S$5 each.

Then headed to Takashimaya and bought the Tiger Airpot at a very good deal. S$69 with 2 free gifts (1 small airpot + 1 kettle).

Got a very simple and pretty pair of flats from Pretty Fit @ $36.90!

Bought a crumpler bag to pack all the stuff I need when I go for delivery and it cost us abit. But because Sg likes the bag and he could use it too, we paid half half each. ahhahaa!

I love shopping!!

Week 34

Week 34. Experienced another Braxton Hicks Contraction. Woke up the next day and see more stretch mark lines.. I tend to scratch while in my dream and it ended more worst.

My small thigh and foot starts to swell. I feel water running through my foot when I walk. My foot get easily numb. And I have to go shopping to get another pair of shoes to wear for 1 more months since my current shoe is getting tight for my swelling foot.

Into week 33 of pregnancy. Went for check up this morning. Gained 0.5 kgs since the last check up 3 weeks ago. Little one now weighs 2.6kgs, 29 cm.

It's Ade Birthday!! And it's also the very first time we brought our partner along.

Went for dinner on the recent Saturday 2nd Oct, which is also Ade's actual birthday. It was a nice catch up. The last time I met them was on Dodo's birthday.

Just as I thought the time is going too slow, I suddenly realised my EDD is only next month end!! Though I'm a little afraid but Sg and me are really looking forward to little one's arrival. Hope everything will go smooth..

It was a very special moment waiting for the arrival of our new family member, Nephew Jenson.

When the clock reached 3pm on 30th September, I start to check my phone very often, waiting for sms to come. 4pm plus, Bro-in-law sent one sms informing us of Jenson's arrival and both Sis and baby are resting well. It is indeed a joyous moment!!

The Childbirth Education Class was brought forward to Thursday due to Mrs Wong having to attend a talk on Saturday. So, the earliest I can visit them was the very next day..

Grandma very happy to see her great grandson!

And mom has been beaming everyday with the arrival of her grandson.

Watched video on different types of delivery yesterday during the Childbirth Education Course class. I'm getting a little afraid and I really salute my mom for giving birth to Florence and me through natural birth - pushing two babies out..

The video is still running in my head till now.. :(

It's Sunday again.. Enjoyed being queen every Saturdays and Sundays with Sg giving a lot of attention to me.

I promised myself never to regret anything that I have done because it will only make myself unhappy and its useless. But recently, I start to regret doing this and that.. Should have make decision based on my own thoughts!

Received my Iphone4 yesterday.. Not much of excitement. Everything seems so similar to my Iphone 3GS... Think I love the new laptop more. hahhahhah!!!!

Ran a few errands today.

Currently, 30 weeks. Had check-up appointment this morning. I've gained 10 kgs and little one is now weighing 1.6 kgs. Informed Dr. Tee about my everyday diarrhea and he says it should be soft stool.. Got a change of new medicine.

To welcome my new iphone4, went to Epi Centre @ ION today and bought a casing & screen protector. (casing proudly sponsored by Sg).

Opened a UOB joint savings account with Sg for little one's expenses.

Was supposed to collect the Acer Travelmate laptop, but we decided to upgrade the model to a better one - Acer Aspire TimelineX 5820T and upgraded the ram too. It's pretty slim and chio! Currently charging for 8 hours.

Power failure

Was given another half day off today. This time, the power was shut off at 11:++ am. Had lunch and slack till 2:45pm before I decided to head home. Initial plan was to wait for Florence till 5:30pm to go Orchard together, but I cannot stand staying in the office doing nothing for hours...

Anyway, bought the iphone4 and now, I'm waiting for it to arrive on this coming Friday. Asked my brother to help me do some back up, but he clicked too fast on the synchonize.. :( And it goes all the phone contacts.. sigh..

Will be going for medical check up tomorrow and I have a few errands to run as well. Gonna be a busy day.

Met up with Bingyu & Yingying for dinner on Friday evening. A was a nice catch-up session and I hope to do it more often..

Was packed with things to do in the early half of Saturday. Went for facial at 9am in the morning, then for Haircut at 11.30am. Had a quick lunch and headed to AMK Hub for the Childbirth Education Course - Lesson 2.

Quite happy with the new hair cut. Head feels so much lighter now.

The 3rd trimester seems so tough to pass.. The weeks seems to drag longer than usual.. The weather seems hotter than usual.. I perspire more than usual.. I'm losing patience... I hope the next 10 weeks pass faster!! :(

I start to drag going to work every morning. But I'm happy when I'm at work.

Received a call from YY today - invitation to his wedding. The first wedding I'm attending this year!

Childbirth Education Course

Sg and me attended the first lesson of the Childbirth Education Course conducted by Mrs Wong Boh Boi yesterday. It was an interesting lesson and there are a total of 5 lessons (2.5 hrs each) + 1 talk by a Doctor.

Was 10 mins late for the lesson. By the time we reached, the class had already started watching the video of the day. We learned some antenatal exercise, balanced diet for Mama, what can be done and why it was avoided in the past etc.

After the class, went to Ubi - Baby Kingdom to shop as Sg says they have alot of things which are cheaper than the outside retail price. Bought a few items and went happily home. Another S$200+ spent... hehehee..

Laundry

Washed up some clothes last night and to find out this morning that Sg actually left some tissue papers in one of his shorts and now, all the clothings are pasted with bits and pieces of that dirty tissue paper! It's not going to be an easy chores removing all the tissues sticked on the clothings.

This is super frustrating!!

I think I'm going to set a rule. If it happens again, he's going to do all the laundry from then on.

Had dinner with Terri, Li Kiang, June & Yih Lin at The Coffee Club located at Raffles Place (outside Arcade) yesterday evening. It was great meeting up with June & Yih Lin again after they left the company months ago. And dinner was treated by Li Kiang at the end of the day. :)

Recently, tried on the Laneige hydro range product. As my skin is pretty dry, I have no choice but to get something that can hydrates my skin more.

Tried the Laneige Hydra Solution Cream and I love it. hehehe.. It's non-greasy and feels comfortable on my skin.

Then, I wanted to get a foundation and decided to try on Laneige product as well. As my skin belongs to dry, sensitive and flaky type, powdered-foundation confirm will not suit me. So I got the liquid foundation instead. So far so good.

I'm loving Laneige products more and more!

Week 27

Into 27th weeks of pregnancy. Sis giving birth soon in another 4 weeks time.

I hope the next 14 weeks will pass faster because it will be little one's arrival. Sometimes I feel so helpless when I wanna check how little one is yet I can't see him. I can only feel.

Recently, I start to feel him turning. I see my tummy moving left and right. Sometimes little one's kick caused my tummy to tremble. He's also starting to react to the music that we played at Sg's place every weekend night before bedtime. But still, the daddy have not got him any story book and read to him yet! (previously, I had a dream that Sg bought Thomas and Friends story book for little one.)

Work-wise is pretty much boring because the market is really very quiet. Nothing much to do. Staring at the computer, clicking past emails to pretend busy, reading some books or going to the toilet for some pee pee breaks.

In another week time, will be attending the Childbirth Education Course - to prepare ourselves for little one's arrival.

Went for the monthly check-up today. I now weigh 43.7 kg, 8 kg gained since 26 weeks ago.

Doctor says too light but told him that I was only 35 kg before.. He laughed and say the wind can blow me away..

Checked on little one and he now weigh close to 1 kg. Doctor says its just nice, everything is good. hehehhe..

Didn't feel comfortable last night when I rest on the left side of my body. I felt something hard and pain. Today, noticed little one kicked lesser.. :(

Braxton Hicks Contraction

Braxton Hicks Contraction - commonly known as fake contraction.

Suffered the Braxton Hicks Contraction at 1:44am. Woke up due to the pain and took a good look at my iphone to see what time was it then. My tummy felt extremely tight and I was in pain that I nearly black out. Called Sg and he took quite some time to reach my place.. As he's not staying near me, I called mom's hp and she quickly came into the room.. Mom accompanied me till the pain subsided and did returned to the room once to check on me again before going back to her room to rest.

Checked with a few friends and got to know only the one who is around the same size as me did experience the Braxton Hicks Contraction before. The other friends who are of bigger built than me did not experience any before. They only gets real contraction when their baby is due for delivery.

Glad that I have mom with me..

Another week

It's only Tuesday!! *dragging*

I'm into my 25th weeks of pregnancy.. Time flies.. Another 15 more weeks to go!

Tummy has become more obvious and colleagues started asking me if I'm pregnant. But still, no seat offered when I took bus or train! As usual, people sitting at the priority seats are always sleeping. Not trying to be fussy of not getting a seat.. But just that sometimes I do really need it as I get fainting spell quite often, yet I don't dare to ask for a seat. :( So the only thing I can do is to alight each time when I sense I'm going to black out soon.

Sent my maternity pants to AlterPro @ UOB Plaza for alteration instead and paid alittle bit more because I always trust them. Collect it back today and I'm very satisfied with the length. It's always just nice. Not too long, not too short.

Baby Fair Purchases

Decided to go to Suntec City the very last minute on Friday and Sg brought me there. Bought my eyeliner from Etude House and continued for some window shopping. Popped into Precious Moment and wanted one photo album to put in all the ultrasound scan of little one and also for his many photos-to-come when he's born, so Sg paid for it. Hehehe..

While walking back to the tower where Sg parked his van, we saw a pushcart selling newborn & children's wear. They were so adorable that Sg & me decided to get 2 pieces without thinking any further.

Met up with Yih Lin for a short catch-up at Causeway Point yesterday afternoon.. and Sg picked me up to Orchard with Florence. Happily bought a dress from GG>5.

Our main purchase at the Baby Fair yesterday was the Baby Cot.

And as I wanted the below, Florence decided to buy for little one as full month pressie.. Sounds so far.. hahaha!!

Singapore's 45th Birthday

It's National Day today. Slacking at home while majority of the family & relatives are at KKH. I wish to be there too, but aunt asked me not to go as there are a lot of virus.. :(

My eyes are feeling a little weird. Abit blurry and it's irritating. Not sure what's wrong with it.

Sg collected my made-to-order pants from Modern Mom. But.. They did not offer a good service! The sales lady did measure the length for me, yet, when I received, it's nearly 3 inch longer. She claimed that she left the length for me so that I will be able to wear the pants with heels after giving birth. Hello!!? 3 inch leh!! Going to send back and make sure they do a good job for me! The pants aint cheap.

I get very restless nowadays. I wanna go out for some short trips.. I need a break!

Suddenly, I recalled.. During & after my wedding, many have been telling me that all my gowns are very pretty. Then, I realised, no one tells me I look pretty that day!! ahahahahahha!! *thick skin* (which bride doesn't want to look pretty on wedding day right??)

It's our first time buying baby stuff and there are a lot of things that we are unsure of buying. So, first visit is to get the main stuff like baby stroller, baby rocker and some small little stuff which we think we will need.

So, to the companies that are participating in the Baby Fair, please! have staff who are familiar with your products to be stationed there as well.. There are a lot of first time parents going to the fair too. Otherwise you will end up losing potential customers.

Disappointment

I got so disappointed with someone yesterday. That it hurt me so much.

I was feeling hungry and asked him to buy me dinner. Yet, he keeps me waiting from 6pm plus till 10 pm plus and he's still having his mahjong game. Sometimes I do wonder if he really understand what situation are we in now?

And I had to bring a v. bad gastric pain to sleep, cry to sleep and bring a big disappointment to sleep. He, didn't turned up.

He listens more to others than my needs. *speechless*

Diarrhoea crazy

It's Sunday.. A working day tomorrow again. :(

I'm getting phobia because I get diarrhoea cramps everytime when I take taxi or bus to work. Even when I go out to get lunch, it happens too! It's driving me crazyyyy!!

Anyway, Sg and I have decided for a name for our little one. Mathias Lee will be his name. :D

Had dinner with YiHong, Jack, Zhizhen, Fabian and Sg together at Ban Leong Seafood Restaurant yesterday night. Been there for a few times, but yesterday was a terrible experience.

Just before we sat on our table, a group of family sat on it and used the plates, chopsticks, spoons, ate a plate of no-sure-what (some restaurants served peanuts those kind one) and even dipped the chilli sauce. After which, they were asked to switch to another table. Sg asked the staff to change us another set of clean cultery and informed her that the cultery was previously used by "that" (pointing to the group of customers who used those cultery) table. The staff did change a clean set for us. What is horrifying was, she placed the used set at the counter where the clean cutlery were kept. Then another staff came over and took the used ones and gave to another table of customers. I told the staff who was serving us about it, she just turned over to look and do nothing!! I wonder what grade did they get for their hygiene!

Diarrhoea

Have been having diarrhoea almost everyday.. It definitely affects me going to work, because I always get the cramp etc when I'm on the cab or bus. :( no fun at all..

Collected our wedding band from Love n Co yesterday. Photo engraving was nicely done. However, I'm alittle unhappy with the way the sales person questioned me when I told her I left the ring box with her. It sounds like I'm telling a lie, but the actual fact is that they have misplaced my stuff. It was also clearly written on my invoice that the box is with them..

Anyway, been using Laneige products for quite awhile. Beautician and MUA both commented that the skin is better compared to the past. And the most amazing part is that, the price is cheaper compared to other brands like KOSE which I have been using previously!

Our wedding is finally over. With the help of the Jie Meis, Brothers, family & relatives and friends, our wedding went smoothly (though there are a lot of hiccups here and there before the banquet).

Went Orchard today. Though Florence and me were both tired, we had to go for Orchard to look for nice dress for Florence for my wedding.

However, both of us didn't get anything for the wedding. Instead, we bought our own stuff. Hehehe...

One of my favourite buy from Pazzion. It's a funky flats, super comfy and it has cushion on its base. Bought the black one.

Jie Meis' final meeting

Treat the Jie Meis for breakfast at the Rider's Cafe and had our last and final discussion.

It was a fun meet up and all the Jie Meis turned up this time round. Almost all settled, just need to get the stuff that we need for the games.

We loaned from Amara Hotel 2 ang bao box, but we can't do any design on it. So, I went online and bought the below, so as to differentiate Groom's and Bride's ang bao box:

Yesterday was a tired and rushing day for Sg and me. We went to Orchard Ion to collect our wedding band. Then rushed to Jurong for red wine tasting as they close at 5pm. Back to Plaza Singapura "Best" (ex Best Denki) to look for hi-fi system cum dvd player and standing fan - but didn't managed to find one that we like.

Suggested Audio House and Sg quickly drove to Liang Court. There, we found a LG sound system which is pretty cool and a KDK standing fan.

End of the day was to go Grandma's house for Grandma's birthday celebration. 6th aunt told Grandma to take a pic with her cake, but Grandma says "Don't want la. Do it next year at the restaurant. Then we'll need 4 tables already, with additional two great grandchildren". I can feel Grandma is really looking forward to the arrival of great grandchildren.

Sleep

I'm loving Saturdays and Sundays more and more. Although I do really love my job, but it's only Saturdays and Sundays when I can sleep as and when I like.

I'm getting more and more tired, sleepy and easily hungry.

Florence accompanied me to KKH today. It was a long wait as A/Prof John Tee suddenly went away as he had to attend to one emergency case. It was nice that the nurse started distributing some biscuits for us to bite while waiting.

When Dr. John Tee returned, he see through the patients at a very fast pace. He had a quick talk with me, followed by a scan where he told me "from what I see, it should be a baby boy". Then he zoomed in and say he sees a little penis.

He scheduled me for another detailed scan on the 13 July where I will be told if baby is a boy or a girl.

过大礼

Finally we had a meet up together on the recent Wednesday. It's been so long since Annie and me last saw Fang Rong.

Had the 过大礼 on Thursday. Grandma, 二姨，五姨，六姨，小姨，Hui Yi, Jie Min, Jie Qi, Jie Lyn, 大姑 & 二姑 came over to be present for the event. Although it's a small event, I'm happy that they came over.

Another 2 more weeks to the wedding. Seriously, I don't feel any excitement except seeing some long-time no see friends.

Of course, I am happy to be Sg's wife. hehee..

Into the 14 weeks now.. I wonder how little one is doing inside.

Next visit to the gynae is on the 18th June, 10.35am and Sg will be having his exam on the same day at 11.00am. Florence will be accompanying me for the trip. It's a long wait.. Hope 18th June to come faster and I can see the little one soon.

Long out-dated post

20th May was our photoshoot.

It was indeed very tiring. I wonder how my friends actually told me they enjoyed the shoot so much, whereas it was a nightmare to Sg and me. LOL!

Indoor shoot was okay since it was in an air-conditioned room. And since it was so cooling, both of us got so sleepy that Sg fell asleep so many times and I had a hard time keeping my eye-lids open.

Outdoor shoot was a disaster! Weather was hot, but according to the photographer, it was a very good weather day. We were perspiring like nobody's business and all of us started throwing tantrums. ahhahhaha!

Outdoor shoot was taken outside the Court and Hort Park. There were so many ants at Hort Park and I was screaming like a mad fussy woman. And that photographer actually asked me to step on the area where the whole area was infested with FAT ants! I told him that area is like ants nest. He replied "ants dont bite!". I was just standing close to that area and the ants are already climbing on my gown! We argued for quite a while before he finally willing to walk over to have a look. Then he said "wow! so many ants. Ok ok.. Let's change area."

Initially, our plan for outdoor shoot was 3 places and 2 gowns. At the end of the day, we settled with 2 places and 1 gown because I can no longer stand it. I want to end it as soon as possible and I pestered the photographer "What time are we going back?? What time will it end?? And I ended with a terrible smudged make-up at the end of the day.

On the 26th May (Sg out to Taiwan with his family), 6th Aunt accompanied me to the bridal boutique for photo selection, while Dad and Mom came to choose their suit & cheong sam for the dinner. Photos didn't turn out as bad as I thought, but still, not many nice ones. Our package comes with 34 pics and 6th aunt & me had a hard time deciding which 34 pics to choose - not because we are having too many pics to choose from, but because too little nice ones.

3rd June, Sg and me fell sick and was MC. We were supposed to be resting at home, but we have got so much errands to run. Went to the goldsmith shop with Grandma and mom to choose some gold jewellery for Sg and me. Then, we had to make a trip down to the bridal boutique to choose the frames and album leathers.

Sony came up with a new ladies camera. It's chio de lor.. Then.. I pestered Sg if I could buy the camera since my current camera is pretty bulky and too heavy to carry out everyday. He said "NO!"..

Of course I was !@#$%&!@$$% until the next day, he picked me up from Grandma's place and sent me home with a surprise! He went and bought it for me. hehehehe...

Final Fitting

Went for the final fitting last Thursday. It was a very smooth trip and we settled the trial make-up, photoshoot gown and videographer in 2 hours.

The previous trip to the bridal boutique (09 May) was a disaster where we spent nearly 4 hours. There was this couple who cancelled their appointment which was scheduled a day before me came around my timing and insist the staff to serve them. Ridiculous! They think they are the only ones in the whole world getting married. Furthermore, they still have lots of time to try their gown.

As the staff faced some difficulties, we asked them to serve the selfish customers and we will self-helped ourselves.

Actually, I was thinking if I should make a big fuss and show that customers that they are so wrong to interupt others fitting. I was scheduled for that timing, and it should move smoothly. They wouldn't want others to jeopardise their fitting as well. Just can't stand those brainless and selfish people!!!

But on the other hand, I don't want the bridal shop to face more problem.. So in the end, I kept quiet..

A happy day

Had a change of doctor and now I'm seeing Dr John Tee at the K K Hospital.

He's really a very nice doctor. Very detailed.

It's been 3 weeks since I last saw my little one through the scan machine and little one has grown from 1.77cm to 5.4cm. Moving actively and we can even see the hands moving. Sg and me were so happy.

Then I joked - maybe I sang too much J J Lin "Ohh yea ohh yea ohh yea ho!" that song and little one knows it well too and even know how the hand should pose.

2 more weeks to go.. and I'm moving into the 2nd trimester.

I really really love my little one!! =D Always looking forward to see the doctor so that I can see how my little one doing inside.

Mentally drained..

I get so tired giving in to others, swallowing everything that I'm asked to. Seriously, I do not wish to, and I don't want!

I'm not happy and I'm tired. To the extent, I just want to throw everything away and lead my own life!

Was having some desserts with Hui Ting at Cafe Cartel @ Tampines Mall yesterday night. We were sitted at the outer dining area when one malay man started staring at us from the side for some time.

While I was concentrating on what Hui Ting was telling me, I turned to have a glance of who that person was - since he has been standing there for some time.

The next moment, he shouted "OEI!! OEI!!".

I turned to look at him and he goes "OEI! SEE WHAT SEE?! I CALL THE POLICE ARH!"

I was thinking "please do call asap and let the police arrest you!".. He's obviously mentally unsound and his eyes looked weird. He looked as though he took drugs..

Then, he went again shouting "OEI!! WHAT IS YOUR FATHER'S NAME? I CALL THE POLICE! WHAT IS YOUR FATHER'S NAME? EAT FREE ARH! U COME HERE EAT FREE ARH? I CALL THE POLICE ARH"

I really feel like shouting back, "CALL LA! YOU DON'T CALL, I CALL".

He then started banging on the signage of Cafe Cartel and the counter area - trying to enter & attack us anytime.

Hui Ting ask me to ignore him to avoid unnecessary trouble and called for the staff. The staffs were prompt to shift us in to the inner dining area and called for security.

Of course I was feeling scare too coz he's mad!!! And I'm not in a very good condition to fight back etc.

We suggested that the staff should call the police and have him taken away since both of us felt threaten. However, in the end the security took up the issue and handle it first.

The staff did told the man to leave. But he returned again, standing outside the door.

After awhile, one of the staff came back and told us that the security is already talking to the man and told us not to leave the restaurant at this moment. So we just stayed there and continue to with our conversation.

It dragged for quite some time and they told us that the security told that man that someone is coming and told him to stay away from Tampines Mall and to go far away. So, the man was spotted going over to the MRT area and one of the staff was sent to monitor the movement of that man.

BUT! Soon later, they said they lost the man and ask if we want to make police report. As Florence's bf & friends is coming to take us (coz I smsed her to come and pick me, she asked her bf for help since Sg is out of town), we told the staff its ok, since we are leaving. But they should still make a police report to ask the police to patrol the area for the safety of everyone - crazy man do everything!

It's my first time dining at Cafe Cartel Tampines, and I really appreciate their efforts and concern. I feel so safe dining at Cafe Cartel.
